   OUR RETURNS POLICY


Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer     you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging and all tags must be attached.

We also do not accept items that are intimate for hygiene reasons.

Shoes can only be returned if the base of the shoe has been scratched. The shoes must only be worn     indoors.

We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to BLOSSOMBAD. .

   HOW DO I RETURN?



UK Returns 

Returns are FREE and easy! Follow the simple steps below.

STEP 1

Repack the item with all the tags still attached to the items to validate your return baddies!

STEP 2

Oh and returns are free! We got you! Once you have headed to our returns portal to report your return, please wait 24 hours for confirmation that your return has been accepted. We will then send you a prepaid returns label to your email. Make sure you stick that baby on the front of the bag!

STEP 3

Head to your local post office and post it off!

STEP 4

Oh by the way…make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

Please note: Free UK returns are only available via the returns portal link. Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability. You need to get it back to us within 28 days from the date on your delivery note. For those in Europe, USA or Canada, you've got 28 days from the date on your delivery note, however you will have to pay for your return.

   WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU  RECEIVE MY ITEM?


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have       received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

   LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 


So a typical refund would take place within 21 days of receiving the goods, so please look out in your emails to be notified that we have received your returned item. This is for the checking of items and your accounts and the for your money to make its way back into your account through the banking system.

 The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order, once we've done our bit you'll get an email confirming your refund is on its way. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@blossombaduk.com.  You should receive a response within 48 hours.

   CAN MY ITEM BE EXCHANGED 


We are currently not excepting or processing exchanges. However you can either place a new order whilst returning or you can return your item and then place another order with us. To return an item please go back to the section on this page called ‘HOW DO I RETURN ? ’.

   I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?


We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our customer service section to fill out a form, or you can reach us directly via:

To help us get this fixed and sorted for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

-Your name

-Order number

-Product name and code (can be found in confirmation email)

-Picture of the fault

-Description of the fault
